Facial Scrub

For a quick, easy facial scrub combine 4-tablespoons of refined brown sugar with 1-tablespoon olive oil. If you have red or pink rose nearby, mash up a few petals into the mixture. (Great excuse to buy yourself roses!) Apply scrub to damp skin, scrub gently for one or two minutes. Rinse with warm water, pat skin dry, apply moisturizer, and go out into the world and make it more beautiful! Share this:FacebookTwitterGooglePinterestEmailPrint

You can keep all the shopping, gifts and stress that comes with the holidays, just give me cranberries. Cranberries are packed full of antioxidants, protecting cells from the damage of the unstable molecules known as free radicals. According to Dr. Jon Vinson, research chemist at University of...

We all want to take care of ourselves and live to our fullest potential. One of the best ways to do this is to eat a healthy diet.       Walnuts are the highest of all the nuts in the omega-3’s that help protect against heart disease.
